CANCELLATION POLICY
50% deposit collected 30 days prior to stay. Balance collected at check in. Full refund if cancelled more than 30 days in advance. No refund within 30 days, but deposit can be applied to a future stay within the next year. No notification of cancellation within 72 hours of stay will require full cost of room.
During December 15th and January 15th 50% deposit will be collected at time of reservation the other 50% collected at check in.
