CANCELLATION POLICY

50% deposit prior to stay. Balance collected at check in. Full refund if cancelled more than 30 days in advance. No refund within 30 days, but deposit can be applied to a future stay within the next year. No notification of cancellation within 72 hours of stay will require full cost of room.

During December 15th 2009 and January 15th 2010 a nonrefundable 50% deposit will be collected at time of reservation the other 50% collected at check in.
